Relax in this 12 m x 6m, heated swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Let yourself float or lie back on a lounger, while you admire the soothing, verdant greens of the garden and the picturesque view of the Alpilles. In the evening, with the gentle murmur of the water in the background, you can sit at the edge of the pool with your feet trailing in the water, enjoy a good chat with your friends and family, and swap stories of your adventures in Provence.

On the ground floor of this fully-renovated, 230 m2 property, you will find an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge, and a dining area. From here, you have direct access to the shaded terrace which leads to the heated swimming pool. There is also one air-conditioned and ensuite bedroom on the ground floor, ideally suited for those who prefer to avoid climbing stairs. Upstairs, you will find four air-conditioned double bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom. The style of this Mas is uncomplicated and modern; its elegance speaks for itself.
