What we like
Location: only 1km from the gorgeous village of Saint-Andiol. This luxury property is just a 10-minute drive to the charming village of St-Rémy with its many cafes, restaurants, boutiques and wonderful Wednesday morning market.
Heated Pool: take a dip in the pool even during the cooler months.
Outdoor Activities: with a luxury tennis court, basketball hoop and boules court, you will never get bored at Mas Saint-Andiol.
Air Conditioning: perfect for staying cool throughout the summer.
Exterior
This large stone farmhouse sits on over three hectares of orchards, olive groves and gardens. There is a pleasant shaded terrace for al fresco dining, comfortable lounge seating under the ancient plane trees, a large heated swimming pool, a boules court and a tennis court with a basketball hoop. The extensive estate provides complete privacy and is filled with a variety of mature trees and pretty flowering plants.

The gorgeous 16m x 6m heated swimming pool with leafy shaded terrace is the perfect place to relax during a hot Provençal summer's day.
Interior
The graceful interiors have been remodelled, retaining original features, and are tastefully furnished with a charming mix of antique and contemporary pieces. Spacious living rooms open onto the sun-drenched terrace and the dine-in farmhouse kitchen is well-equipped with all you could need for your stay. All nine bedrooms are air-conditioned, some having views of the Alpilles hills, and all of the seven bathrooms have been modernised and refurbished with luxurious fixtures.
There are two ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, two ensuite bedrooms on the first floor and four bedrooms sharing two bathrooms on the second floor. The first floor studio bedroom with ensuite bathroom is accessed by a private staircase. This bedroom also has independent entry from outside of the house.

Bedroom 5/Studio: with king-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, countryside views and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC. Bedroom 5 has independent access from both the interior and exterior of the house.
On the second floor:
Bedroom 6: with queen-sized double bed and countryside views.
Bedroom 7: with two single beds, or one king-sized double bed if preferred, and countryside views.
Bedrooms 6 and 7 share an independent bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and WC.

Amazing stay, great host and staff !
The Lossiamande villa itself is great and ticked all our boxes : very comfortable, very functional, very charming and with all the supplies to make our everyday life smooth and easy. It was the perfect chill / fun / sport / apéro time combination with the brand new tennis and pétanque courts, large pool and the shaded terraces for a nice rest or a quick nap by the pool. On top of that we highly appreciated the relation with the host who anticipated all our demands and perfectly organized our stay. The on-site staff was perfect as well, very respectful and helpful. In the end we have no much more to say except when do we go back there ??!!
