What we like
Location: Villa Luberon is perfectly situated in a quiet street in the heart of the village just steps to shops, bars and restaurants.
Views: the gorgeous heated infinity pool, stone terrace, lovely garden and most rooms of the house have stunning views of the Luberon Valley to Mont Ventoux.
Comfort: with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living/dining room, you wll keep cool and refreshed on hot summer days. The wood burner and central heating will keep you warm when you stay in the cooler months.
Things to note
Pool: the pool has a sliding roller shutter for security but, due to the infinity edge, children should be supervised at all times.
Garden: the garden is fenced on three sides but, beyond the infinity pool, there is a 5m drop to the street below so children should be supervised at all times.
Concierge Services: a welcome basket is provided upon arrival and an initial grocery shop can be carried out by the property manager for an additional fee.
Exterior
Upon entering this private oasis, you will discover the beautiful established gardens, front courtyard, fountain and paved terrace with outdoor dining area. Stone steps lead you down to the gorgeous poolside terrace where you can admire the stunning views and enjoy outdoor dining in style with friends and family.
Pool
Relax on the sunbeds beside the gorgeous 13m-long heated infinity pool whilst enjoying the stunning views over the Luberon Valley to Mont Ventoux. Heated from 6th May 2022 to 14th October 2022, you can extend the summer season by enjoying a refreshing swim in the cooler months.
Interior
Recently refurbished and tastefully decorated throughout, this elegant village home has been built on three levels which all benefit from superb views of the Luberon Valley.
At street level, you will find the entrance hall, elegant formal living room and air-conditioned master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double air-conditioned bedrooms, a shared bathroom with access from both bedrooms and an independent WC. The well-equipped kitchen and air-conditioned casual living/dining area lead to the pool terrace on the lower ground floor. Also on this level, there is a bathroom and laundry facilities.
Bedrooms
This lovely property sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms all complete with air conditioning for your comfort.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1/Master: with king-sized double bed, garden views and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, and views of the village and Luberon Valley.
Bedroom 3: with two single beds, or one king-sized double bed if preferred, and views of the village and Luberon Valley.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a Jack and Jill ensuite bathroom with bath, overhead shower, sink and separate WC.
The third bathroom, located on the lower ground floor, has a shower, sink and WC.
