What we like

Location: Villa Luberon is perfectly situated in a quiet street in the heart of the village just steps to shops, bars and restaurants.
Views: the gorgeous heated infinity pool, stone terrace, lovely garden and most rooms of the house have stunning views of the Luberon Valley to Mont Ventoux.
Comfort: with air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living/dining room, you wll keep cool and refreshed on hot summer days. The wood burner and central heating will keep you warm when you stay in the cooler months.

Things to note

Pool: the pool has a sliding roller shutter for security but, due to the infinity edge, children should be supervised at all times.
Garden: the garden is fenced on three sides but, beyond the infinity pool, there is a 5m drop  to the street below so children should be supervised at all times.
Concierge Services: a welcome basket is provided upon arrival and an initial grocery shop can be carried out by the property manager for an additional fee.

Recently refurbished and tastefully decorated throughout, this elegant village home has been built on three levels which all benefit from superb views of the Luberon Valley.
At street level, you will find the entrance hall, elegant formal living room and air-conditioned master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. On the first floor, there are two double air-conditioned bedrooms, a shared bathroom with access from both bedrooms and an independent WC. The well-equipped kitchen and air-conditioned casual living/dining area lead to the pool terrace on the lower ground floor. Also on this level, there is a bathroom and laundry facilities.

Ein Haus voller positiver Energie

Toller, warmer Empfang durch Joanna und Paul. Sehr gute Kommunikation, Organisation und Informationen vor Reisebeginn. Das Haus selbst in einem Topp-Zustand, sehr sauber, stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem und vor allem sehr lang und breit, auch die Bettlaken in Übergröße. Genügend Handtücher vor Ort, auch für den Pool. Poolreinigung und Hausreinigung während der Woche war auch prima. Die Küche mit dem Gasherd super ausgestattet, modern und funktonal. Die Außenanlage (incl. Pool) war in einem tollen Zustand. Wir haben jede Minute genossen und freuen uns wieder zu kommen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.

Three hours of intermediary cleaning take place every Wednesday.
Bed linen change for guests staying over two weeks must be requested in advance and will rely on an additional fee.

Any booking during November, December, January and February might be subject to a heating additional fee.  

Pets are accepted upon prior request.

Here is the standard procedure from the property manager :

We supply toilet paper, kitchen roll, clothes washing tablets, and dishwasher tablets. In the kitchen, there are some coffee pods, salt, pepper, olive oil, some spices, and sugar. In the bathrooms, there is soap.
There will also be a small welcome basket - a bottle of wine (would you prefer red or rose?), bread, butter, some cheeses, cold cuts, milk, tea bags, and a fruit basket.

I also offer a pre-arrival shop for you if needed. Just supply me with a list of groceries and I will have everything ready for you on your arrival at the house. The cost is the groceries + a 65€ service fee.
