Villa Joucas has a shaded terrace for outdoor dining and two small terraces which open out from the downstairs bedrooms. The garden is green, very well maintained and without vis-à-vis.

Pool

This 6m x 4m private swimming pool is surrounded by plants and bordered by an olive tree, allowing you to relax in the beautiful Provençal sunshine.

Interior

This beautiful cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area and laundry room with second fridge. On the ground floor, you can find the two larger bedrooms with super king-sized double beds, recently renovated bathrooms and private terraces with a table and two chairs. Up the small spiral staircase, you will reach the third bedroom with two single beds and an independent WC, which is ideal for children.

This lovely property sleeps up to 6 people in 3 comfortable bedrooms all complete with air conditioning.

On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1/Master: with super king-sized double bed, private terrace and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2: with super king-sized double bed and private terrace.
There is an independent showerroom on the ground floor for bedrooms 2 and 3.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 3: with two single beds, which can be converted into one king-sized double bed upon request and views of the garden.
There is an independent WC on the first floor for bedroom 3.
