Pool Security: The pool is secured by an alarm, but as it is not gated, young children should be supervised by adults at all times when nearby.
Accessibility: This modern holiday home benefits from an open-plan design with all bedrooms on the ground floor. It is, therefore, particularly suitable for guests with mobility issues who prefer to avoid stairs.
This sculpted garden offers multiple shaded seating areas around the pool, as well as a dining area to enjoy lunches and dinners accompanied by a cool glass of wine or rosé from a local vintner. A gas barbecue for cooking Provencal delicacies with fresh ingredients from a local farmers' market is at your disposal. Play with the kids on the lawn, before retreating to one of the cushioned seating areas for a chat, to read a book, or simply to close your eyes and relax.
Enjoy this heated swimming pool of 8 x 7 m, surrounded by comfortable sun beds and large parasols. Lie back or splash around with the kids in the shallow area and go for a proper swim in the deeper area, or simply let yourself float, enjoying the feeling of weightlessness and letting go of all your worries and cares.
This superb property with a living area of almost 200 m2 offers magnificent, light interiors with an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and living room. Large bay windows flood the house with natural light, which reflects on the polished surfaces, increasing the light effect. Two corridors lead to the ensuite bedrooms, all located on the ground floor and all imbued with a sleek, modern character and profiting from large windows with lots of light. Some of the bedrooms have direct access to the pool area.
