Large luxury Provençal farmhouse in the Luberon, near Gargas
Quietly situated in grounds of 40 hectares. The house is located in the beautiful natural park of Luberon, 5 minutes drive from the charming village of Gargas. In Gargas, you can go for all your daily errands.
This home is ideal for large families or groups who want to celebrate together. A wonderful base for your exploration in Provence, or a wonderful place to relax.
In addition to all the luxury, this high-spec house offers the possibility of additional services such as a cook, babysitter and cleaning lady, as well as beauty treatments (more information on request).
Exterior
In the garden is:
- 17 chairs available as well as pool towels,
- The house also has its own tennis court, boules pitch, ping-pong table and a playground for children,
- The two houses emerge on a shaded terrace with two tables and 12 garden chairs.

- Nice swimming pool of 15 x 7 meters, secured with a fence and an alarm.
Interior
Entrance: Hall:
- TV corner with TV and DVD player and sofas and chairs in both sections.
- From the hall a few steps down there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, fully equipped.
- Next to the kitchen is the dining room.
- From the dining room you climb to the large shaded terrace with three tables and 17 chairs and a barbecue.
First floor :
The toilet is a separate room.
The rear part of the farmhouse is divided into two houses of about 90 m² and a capacity of 10 people.
Both houses have:
- Living room with sofas and armchairs and a corner with TV and DVD player
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Bathroom with shower and washbasin - separate WC.
There is an extensive range of baby equipment available.
The two houses emerge on a shaded terrace with two tables and 12 garden chairs.

Entrance: Hall:
- A few steps is a double room with fireplace.
- From the lobby you also enter one of the comfortable rooms with a double bed (140). This room has a private bathroom with double sink and bathtub. The toilets are in the hall.
First floor :
- There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed and one with twin beds (90x200) and a large bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub.
The rear part of the farmhouse is divided into two houses of about 90m2 and a capacity of 10 people.
