Heated pool: Temperature cannot be guaranteed depending on weather and climatic conditions.
Pool Safety: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm, but small children should be supervised when in its vicinity.
Underfloor cooling system: This property does not have air-conditioning units, but underfloor cooling throughout the house. This system requires attention to close windows or shutters during hot days to keep the house fresh.
Exterior
With a lush lawn, a comfortable pool house and several spaces to relax with your loved ones, the Mas Estelle is ideal for large families or groups of friends. Cook a delicious meal on the charcoal barbecue before dining on the shaded terrace which overlooks the private pool. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located in the left wing of the property, all with access to the main terrace. A fourth bedroom is located in the right wing, facing the annex on the other side of the pool house.
