What we like
Quiet and sheltered from the wind: the terrace and the swimming pool are totally protected from the Mistral. Lunches in the shade under the big blue cypress then become special moments when, in the middle of summer, the cicadas sound. The proximity of the Luberon villages: less than 15 minutes by car from the splendid villages of Roussillon, Gordes, Goult, Ménerbes, Bonnieux, Lacoste…. Then offers the possibility of going every day to soak up the atmosphere of a different village; perhaps on a busy market day, or maybe in total tranquility when looking for good bread in a beautiful environment. The quality of the restaurants in these villages also delights the taste buds of the most discerning gourmets. The unobstructed view: in the very heart of the Luberon Regional Park, a view of the Luberon ridges reveals everything that makes Provence so charming: olive trees, vines, pines, lavender ... In the afternoon, the reliefs of the Luberon massif stand out more acutely. On the side of the house, the ochre cliffs take on different colors depending on the time of day. The spirit of conviviality: the openings on the ground floor onto the garden offer unlimited space between the interior and the exterior, making it possible to communicate more easily and to share real moments of pleasure with friends or family.
To note
Pool security: the swimming pool is not fenced but is protected by an electric roller shutter. Additional supervision is recommended for small children.
For lovers of peace and nature, nestled under a small hill protected from the winds and facing the pines and ochres of Roussillon, the Mas des Ocres is a very bright old Provencal house with large bay windows and beautiful volumes sublimated by exposed beams with an authentic character. Its position makes it an ideal place to relax with family or friends, whilst taking advantage of the nearby cultural activities (Lacoste festival, Gordes, Ménerbes ...), La Roque d'Anthéron, Avignon, Aix en Provence festival ...
Exterior
Spaces designed for real moments of conviviality. A covered arbor with a view of the Luberon, 2 large outdoor tables for 8 people and 1 round table for 6 people, 6 Italian-style sun loungers and a set of garden furniture.
Pool
The 15m x 4m heated swimming pool offers a beautiful swimming area whilst giving a breathtaking view over the entire Luberon... the pines, olive trees and ocher cliffs which change colors depending on the hours of the day.
Interior
High-end services offering maximum comfort in the kitchen and bathroom.
On the ground floor: 50m² air-conditioned living room: dining room with dining table for 10 people and large kitchen with central island/bar, also opening onto a summer dining room under an arbor, the garden and swimming pool. 35m² air-conditioned living room with fireplace. Master bedroom with direct access to the terrace/garden. Guest WC and laundry room.
There are 4 bedrooms on the first floor.

Prachtige villa met fantastische view !Beautiful villa with fantastic view!
Smaakvol ingerichte villa met een fantastisch uitzicht en een uitzonderlijk groot zwembad. Een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken met ruim voldoende keukengerei. Alles was kraaknet. 2 slaapkamers hebben geen airco. Voor ons was dit geen probleem.
Tastefully decorated villa with fantastic views and an exceptionally large swimming pool. A very well equipped kitchen with plenty of kitchenware. Everything was immaculate. 2 bedrooms do not have air conditioning. This was not a problem for us.

Charming mas tastefully decorated in a peaceful environment. Very pretty surroundings, beautiful swimming pool, nice view. Could be better provided with towels and mosquito nets in front of the windows (especially bedrooms), since two bedrooms on the first floor are not (yet?) air-conditioned. Service by the impeccable agency.

Tout était parfait pour passer de beaux moments en familleEverything was perfect to spend beautiful moments with the family
Very nice house in a quiet area while being close to the beautiful villages of the region. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. The pool is large and well maintained. A small office space also allows you to isolate yourself for remote meetings, which is very useful. The owner is very available if needed. We spent a lovely week there with our children and friends
Located in the Luberon regional natural park at the foot of the Vaucluse mountains, Roussillon is ranked among the most beautiful villages in Franc. It is also one of the most atypical towns. It is famous for its colorful houses and its ocher quarries. Because it has the largest ocher deposit in the world, Roussillon is one of the essentials of Provence.
