The highlight of the outdoor area is undoubtedly the beautiful heated 10 x 4 m pool, ideal for cooling off and making the most of the sunny days. Secured by a fence, it offers a pleasant space for both children and adults. Right next to the pool, the pool house features a bar and comfortable sofas, creating a pleasant area to relax in the shade or take a break between swims. Nearby, the gas barbecue makes it easy to prepare delicious meals outdoors. Altogether, it forms a friendly and pleasant outdoor space, ideal for enjoying the pool, relaxing, and sharing wonderful moments with family or friends.

The property's spacious living areas are perfectly designed to easily accommodate up to 10 adults, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy their surroundings. The original children's room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children, or alternatively 4 children, bringing the total capacity of the house to 12 people.
