What we like
Design: everything has been carefully thought out, with two good bedrooms and bathrooms, a bright living space, and the stunning kitchen at the heart of the action.
Garden: with its different levels, rich plantings, dining spots and boules court, the garden packs a lot into an appealing setting.
Location: very quiet and under 5 minutes in either direction from the restaurants, cafes, bakery and life of Menerbes and Lacoste.
Pool: it’s rare to have a private pool for a 2-bedroom house that is fully independent and not part of a larger property!
Things to note
Pool Safety: the pool is not fenced but has an alarm system. For small children extra care and supervision is advised.
Accessibility: although it is all on one level, the house is not quite fully accessible as there are some steps up to the entrance and pool.
Exterior
The house is set in almost 1,400m2 of garden within a sleepy residential close between Menerbes and Lacoste. Along the front of the house, facing south, is a shaded terrace by the kitchen and living room, and then a dining table under a pergola. To the side of this area is the boules court. The mature garden is planted with lavender and rosemary, oleander and box, pines and olive trees and a great deal more.
There is one off-street parking spot and plenty of free parking on the street.
Pool
Steps lead down to the gorgeous 9m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps at one end. Surrounding the pool are sunloungers, seating and an outdoor shower.

Master Bedroom: with queen-sized double bed, dual aspect, dressing area and ensuite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double basins and WC.
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed that can be converted into 2 single beds upon request and private bathroom with shower, basin and WC.

Villa très agréable dans un cadre idyllique ideal pour les vacances
Villa très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La suite parentale est grande et bien séparée du reste de la maison. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine, du boulodrome et de la terrasse ombragée au milieu d' un jardin paysagé avec toutes les essences provencales (pins, oliviers, romarin, lavande, thym...). Rien ne manquait, le soleil et le ciel bleu étaient au RV (presque) tous les jours ! La personne qui nous a accueilli s'est adaptée à nos contraintes d'arrivée et de départ et est restée à l'écoute pendant tout le séjour, ce qui a largement rattrapé la gestion un peu chaotique de la réservation et de la préparation de notre séjour à cause du Covid19.

Villa Lacoste was just perfect for our family of four. While the house is a bit smaller than the impression from the photos, it was just fine after we got used to the layout. The pool was really nice to while away the hot afternoons. Mark and Krissy were very helpful from start (Mark) to finish (Krissy).
