This lovely cottage sleeps up fourteen guests in seven air-conditioned bedrooms. Secluded and private in the midst of a two-hectare garden, you can enjoy the magnificent, heated swimming pool surrounded by nature and invite guests into the annexe while preserving your and their individual space and privacy.

What we like best

The Mas de la Combe is a beautifully restored and modernized country retreat combining rustic charm with modern amenities. The main building is a two-storey structure with a large dining room, which is tastefully decorated with wooden furniture, a large fireplace, and elegant lighting fixtures, and accommodates a large group of people. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances and cooking utensils, making it a chef's dream come true.

The farmhouse boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom ensuite. In addition to the main building, there is also an annexe that houses three additional bedrooms. 

The surrounding two hectares of lush gardens are meticulously maintained. Colourful flowers, shady trees, and aromatic scents abound in this paradisical landscape with cozy seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings. Different terraces cater to all your needs, each an ideal spot to sit and relax, read a book, or enjoy a meal with family and friends.

Walk to the village, just 700 m away, by taking a leisurely stroll along the canal. Visit the sights and the famed local markets, before you leave behind the hustle and bustle of the village and return to your own personal sanctuary. The Mas offers easy access to local amenities, yet still provides a peaceful and private setting for a restful and rejuvenating stay.

Pool Safety: The swimming pool is secured by an alarm but we recommend that young children are supervised by adults at all times when nearby.



Exterior

The garden spans two hectares and is a beautiful blend of ancient olive and cypress trees, lush lawns, and colourful, aromatic flower beds. The charming, shaded dining terrace, complete with a gas plancha and charcoal barbecue, provides the perfect spot for outdoor meals with family and friends. Stay seated for a while after your meal to enjoy a good chat or to challenge each other with party-, board-, and cardgames. Choose your personal favourite retreat from the several cozy reading corners scattered throughout the garden, where you can relax and lose yourself in a good book while surrounded by the tranquil natural beauty.

Pool

This heated pool measures 12 x 6 m and is surrounded by comfortable sun beds, inviting you to relax and soak up the Mediterranean sun. For those who prefer shade, the covered area furnished with lounge chairs provides a cool and comfortable spot to enjoy a drink or a good book. Whether you're swimming laps or simply taking in the serene surroundings, the pool area is the perfect place to unwind.

Interior

This 250 m2 farmhouse has a spacious living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a shaded terrace. The four ensuite bedrooms in the main building provide ample space for guests to relax and unwind. In addition, there is an annexe with three more ensuite bedrooms, as well as another small kitchen and a living room, ensuring that everyone has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy their stay. The bedrooms in the annexe are all on the ground floor and may be particularly suitable for those who prefer to avoid stairs. Enjoy contemporary luxury while living in beautiful, historical cottage surroundings, far away from the demands of modern life.

Bedroom 3: with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and sink.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a WC.
Bedroom 4: with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bath, double washbasin, and a WC.

On the ground floor of the annexe:
Bedroom 5: with a double bed (140 x 200 cm).
Bedroom 6: with a king-size bed (180 x 200 cm).
Bedrooms 5 and 6 share an ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, washbasin, and a WC.
Bedroom 7: with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC.
The annexe has its own independent kitchen and living room.
