At the foot of the Luberon, in the countryside, this charming luxury property enjoys splendid light thanks to its southern orientation. The many indoor and outdoor spaces are arranged so that everyone can enjoy views of the Luberon. The property itself has nearly 3 hectares of land, including 8,500m² of landscaped gardens with olive trees, as well as numerous terraces and courtyards with ponds and fountains. 

Exterior

This gorgeous property boasts shaded outdoor dining for 12 people, gas barbecue, landscaped gardens, parking for four cars and an all weather tennis court.

Pool

This luxury 15m x  7m heated swimming pool offers a fantastic view of the Luberon Mountains. Nearby, there is a pool house with exterior summer kitchen, shower and WC.

Interior

On the ground floor of this beautifully decorated home there is an entry hallway, a large fully equipped kitchen with two casual dining tables, a spacious living room with a library and grand piano, an elegant dining room with arched doorways leading to two of the many terraces, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, guest WC and utility room. Leading off the central courtyard there are 3 double bedroom suites each with private entry, ensuite bathrooms and garden views.

On the first floor, there is a large cinema room with a bar and a spacious master bedroom with marble ensuite bathroom, dressing room and views of the garden and Luberon hills. There is also a smaller ensuite bedroom allowing up to 11 people to enjoy this magnificent villa. "The Orangerie" studio with accommodation for an additional 2 people may be available upon request for an extra charge.

Bedrooms

This outstanding holiday rental sleeps 11 people in 6 comfortable bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms.

On the ground floor of the main house:
Bedroom 1: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC. Bedroom 1 opens onto the garden terrace and pool.

On the first floor of the main house:
Bedroom 2/Master Bedroom: with king-sized double bed, dressing room and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and separate WC. 
Bedroom 3: with single bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC.

In the courtyard:
Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 5: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and separate WC. Bedroom 5 opens onto a garden terrace.
Bedroom 6: with king-sized double bed and separate bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Bedroom 6 opens onto a private patio.

Please note these prices have been converted from Euros for your convenience only. All bookings are in the local Euro currency.

3 hours of cleaning per day are included (Monday - Friday).
The heating cost of the swimming pool is €600 per week.
The housekeeper lives discreetly in a cottage on the estate.
An additional seventh bedroom, in the annex, is available upon request for €1200 per week.
