What we like best
Location: Nestled in the tranquil countryside of The Luberon, the Bastide Neuve is only three kilometers from the village. A charming path, perfect for a leisurely stroll, connects the Bastide to the village. Spanning 27 hectares of private land, this holiday estate lets you immerse yourself in nature and explore the Luberon privately with your family and friends.
Onsite Activities: Whether indoors or outdoors, there's never a dull moment on this estate! Outside, you can enjoy a pool, a jacuzzi, and a synthetic tennis court measuring 23 x 8 meters. Inside, there's a wonderful pool table, a games room with table football, retro gaming, and numerous board games and books for both adults and children. This makes the property perfect for families and groups of friends looking for fun and entertainment.
Additional Services: Treat yourself to a delicious breakfast, freshly prepared and delivered to you each morning, ensuring you start your day well-nourished and energized. In the evening, indulge in a private wine tasting session right on site. The wine cellar boasts over 10,000 bottles of unique and exceptional wines for sale. Please note that these services are extra and not included in the rental cost.

New for the 2024 season: The property now features a brand-new underfloor cooling system on the ground floor, ensuring the entire Bastide remains cool during the hottest months of the year.
Bedroom 1 also benefits from its own air-conditioning unit.
Bathroom Arrangements: One bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom, three bedrooms each have an en-suite shower room, and the remaining four bedrooms share two shower rooms on the first floor. Additionally, each of these four bedrooms is equipped with a private washbasin for added convenience.
Exterior
This 27-hectare property is ideal for nature lovers and their four-legged friends and offers a stunning, 360° view across the surrounding countryside and the peaks of The Luberon mountain range. Start your hikes directly from the house to explore the picturesque landscapes of the protected Luberon natural regional park. Climb the slopes to arrive at the viewpoints and be rewarded with unbelievable views over the valley. Back at the house, you can stroll in the shade of the century-old oak tree, observe the pond fish, or frolic with your dog, before you enjoy a delicious, barbecued dinner under the pergola, surrounded by the gardens and natural landscape. Bicycles are at your disposal for bike rides around the estate. There is also a cricket set.
Keep fit on the private tennis court with a training wall in the midst of green nature:

The synthetic finish is very gentle for the joints and provides a comfortable playing experience. The court was renovated only recently.

Pool
Dip into this generously proportioned swimming pool (14 x 7 m) surrounded by olive trees and truffle oaks, or lie back on the pool terrace. This is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a good novel in the shade of parasols. After a long, active day of exploring in The Luberon there is nothing more relaxing than to wind down in the jacuzzi and let yourself truly rest and recover.
Interior
This authentic 500m2 property offers a friendly, well-equipped kitchen with a large dining room under magnificent stone vaults, (the dining table of exceptional proportions can accommodate up to 20 people), a spacious living room with a beautiful fireplace, a large American billiards table as well as a large games/relaxation room of 50 m2 for the enjoyment of the whole family and a sleeping area on the mezzanine.
All the living spaces on the ground floor lead to a shaded terrace, the garden, the swimming pool, the tennis court. An independent double bedroom is also located on the ground floor.
On the first floor, you will find 1 spacious suite offering a magnificent view of the garden and the forest, as well as 5 other double bedrooms and a library, all in a very friendly atmosphere. One of the bedrooms offers many games and books for children. The Library with bench seat also gives access to the private terrace and offers beautiful works on Art, Wine, Provence, Cooking, Health etc., but also numerous novels and around a hundred books in English.
In the living room, a YAMAHA digital piano is available (clavinova CLP 545 model) with powerful sound, 256-note wooden keyboard imitating the touch of an acoustic piano. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also available on the ground floor.
