What we like
Location: in the heart of Luberon, this recently renovated bastide is just a short drive from the popular market town of Apt and the historic hilltop villages of Gordes, Ménerbes and Bonnieux.
Heated Pool: enjoy a relaxing dip in this 12m x 3.5m swimming pool, heated upon request to extend the summer season.
All Ensuite: all three bedrooms benefit from air-conditioning and ensuite bathrooms to ensure maximum comfort during your luxury holiday.
Things to note
Pool Security: the swimming pool is protected by a roller shutter, but additional supervision is recommended for small children.
Exterior
This 5000m2 garden features a traditional boules court and a large heated swimming pool surrounded by a luxurious terrace. Cook a delicious meal on the charcoal barbecue or electric plancha and dine with your loved ones on the shaded terrace as you watch the sun set over the Luberon countryside.

Enjoy a refreshing swim in this 12m x 3.5m swimming pool which can be heated upon request. Surrounded by a luxurious pool terrace with sun loungers, this is the perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the Luberon.
Pool heating availability and pricing
- 1 May to 30 June: €150 /week
- 30 June to 1 September: free of charge
- 1 September to 30 September: €150 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
This beautiful 200m2 bastide offers a spacious living room with stone fireplace, an open-plan dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen that leads onto the shaded terrace. The three bedrooms are also located on the ground floor and are all complete with ensuite bathrooms. The Master bedroom also features a mezzanine floor with two single beds, which can convert the room into a family suite if required.
