On-site amenities: The estate is equipped with high-end amenities, from modern air-conditioned bedrooms to fibre-optic internet and comprehensive housekeeping services. Guests can enjoy the luxury of a private tennis court, pool, spa facilities, and a summer kitchen, ensuring both comfort and convenience.
To note
Pool safety: the pool is secured by an alarm, but children must be supervised when they are near it.
Sauna and Jacuzzi: This features are available for your comfort in the months of low season, from early November to Early April.
Exterior
This property is situated on a vast 45-hectare estate, perched at 450 metres altitude with a south-facing view of the Grand Luberon. The property features two beautifully renovated 18th-century Provençal houses with thick stone walls. Outside, guests can enjoy a top-quality synthetic grass tennis court with night lighting, a 13x6 metre heated pool, a pétanque court, and expansive areas for relaxation. The estate is fully private, providing tranquillity for guests with no neighbours nearby, perfect for outdoor fun or peaceful star-gazing.
Pool
The pool area features a 13x6 metre heated swimming pool, available from April 1st to October 31st. The pool house, measuring 100m², includes a summer kitchen, a large dining table for sixteen people, comfortable lounge chairs, and a professional Weber gas BBQ. There is also a changing room with a shower and WC. Next to the pool, a newly added outdoor lounge provides the perfect spot for evening aperitifs and socialising under the stars, offering unparalleled views of the Luberon.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 31 October: €200 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The property boasts seven double bedrooms, each air-conditioned and equipped with modern shower rooms. Guests can relax in a spacious lounge with an open fire, a billiard table, and a large dining room. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for hosting and offers ample space for family meals. Additional facilities include a large pool house with a summer kitchen, an open-plan living area, and a newly furnished lounge. The interior is designed for comfort, combining traditional Provençal charm with high-end modern amenities.

Bedroom 6/ Dormitory: With 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90x200) and air conditioning.
On this floor, you will find an independant bathroom with shower and sink, a second shower and a shared WC.
Bedroom 7: with queensize bed (160x200) and small shower room.
The Pool House is also equipped with a shower room with sink and separate WC.
