What we like
Swimming Pool: a large, 15m x 4m swimming pool with some of the best views in Provence.
Garden: with over 7 acres of private grounds with large oaks and sweeping views of Bonnieux.
Ensuite Bathrooms: all the bedrooms in this property have ensuite bathrooms.
Things to note
Pool Security: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm, however the supervision of young children is still advised.
Cooling: this property has an under floor cooling system to keep the house fresh in the summer months.
Exterior
The farmhouse is set in a 7.5 acres of private grounds has sweeping views of the village of Bonnieux, a third of which is planted with large oaks and cedars
A pleasant terrace runs along the farmhouse to the south. It has a large table with chairs and another smaller table for summer meals in the shade of a pergola. A WEBER barbecue is available for grilling and on the west side there is a small herb garden, very useful in Provencal cuisine.
Pool
In the extensive grounds there is a large swimming pool with one of the best views of Bonnieux you are likely to find.
Interior
The interior, decorated with care in the local Provencal style consists of a comfortable living room with fireplace; a large kitchen and dining room. On the ground floor there is a very large lounge / library and two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a SMEG fridge / freezer, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Lacanche piano; completed, in the laundry room by a large refrigerator, a large freezer, a washing machine, a dryer and of course iron and ironing board.
Upstairs there are a further 3 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms.
Bedrooms
In front of the north side of the house, at the end of the bedrooms, there is a peaceful terrace that distils the smell of jasmine and honeysuckle.

The old fortified village of Bonnieux is located at the top of the valley of Lourmarin and dominated by an old church. This perched Provençal village is the ideal place to discover the region by bike or on foot and benefits from an exceptional panorama which extends from the Petit Luberon to the Monts du Vaucluse and as far as Mont Ventoux.
