Pool Safety: The pool is secured by a barrier, but we recommend that young children be supervised at all times.
Atypical configuration: Due to its history, the Building has a rather atypical configuration, and is designed on two floors. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The 18th-century farmhouse, spanning 300 square meters, has been meticulously renovated to blend historical charm with modern comfort. Centered around a courtyard graced by a century-old olive tree, the property features a ground floor with a guest house offering a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, along with a spacious games room for relaxation.
Ascending the historic stone staircase leads to the first floor, where a large living room and a modern ensuite kitchen provide ample space for socializing and culinary endeavors.
The second floor hosts three bedrooms, two of which share an independent bathroom, accommodating guests with style and convenience.
