Situated in the heart of the countryside, this villa in Provence opens onto a landscaped garden of one hectare dotted with olive trees, cypresses and lavender. The property is perfectly integrated into its natural surroundings, with several shaded terraces, a rose-covered pergola and outdoor dining areas to suit every moment of the day. All unoverlooked, with views over the fields.
A carport and a gravel driveway lined with pine trees provide a practical and elegant welcome for guests.

This villa with private pool offers a rare and much-appreciated configuration: two separate pools to enjoy the water in all seasons.
Inside, a heated 8 x 2.5-meter pool, entirely glazed, offers a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Ideal for cool mornings, windy days or simply for a moment of relaxation under cover. A shower room with toilet completes the wellness area.
Outside, a 12 x 3-meter swimming pool, perfectly integrated into the garden, is ideal for swimming, playing or cooling off in the sun. It's surrounded by a wooden terrace with deckchairs and relaxation areas, opening onto olive trees and lavender.

1 May to 15 October: included
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.

The spacious, light-filled rooms are designed for optimum comfort in all seasons. The decor, both sober and contemporary, is based on natural materials: exposed stone, solid wood and waxed concrete.
The living room with pellet stove opens onto the landscape, while the dining room and fully-equipped kitchen invite conviviality. The house has four bedrooms, including two with en-suite shower rooms and a master suite with island bath and walk-in shower.
An office and laundry room complete the facilities, perfect for extended stays or telecommuting.
