What we like

Facilities: the architect owner has ensured that Mas des Lavandes comes with all the modern comforts... air conditioning in the bedrooms, a luxury heated pool and outdoor barbecue area.
Tranquility: set amidst 13,000m² of garden, tranquility and privacy are paramount.

Things to note

Pool: the pool has an alarm for security but extra care should be taken with young children.
Caretakers: a gardener and housekeeper are employed on weekdays, and personal chef services can be easily arranged, in order to ensure complete relaxation.
The shared living spaces do not have air conditoning.

Amazing properties and lovely staff

I found the team at Provence Holidays to be fantastic. Great service, prompt responses and organising things that we needed. Virginie was amazing! The only reason its not a 5 star is that at one of the properties we rented their was an accusation by the owner/manager that we had damaged the kitchen bench and I'd have to pay for a professional clean. This was untrue. I'm not sure what happened in the end as I never heard anything but it was an unpleasant end after an enjoyable two weeks at two different properties. However, I would definitely use Provence Holidays again.

Wonderful house

Wonderful house - we had a great week despite the very hot weather. Plenty of shade - lovely large pool - tennis court used after dark with floodlights on. 10 minute walk into the village - 3 minute cycle. Great kitchen and BBQ area to cook all the locally sourced food..Lovely owner met us and the housekeeper and gardener very efficient and friendly. Highly recommend - not only is the house and landscaped gardens beautiful they also offer lots of activities (petanque/ table tennis) so it feels like a very relaxed place to be..even the teens appreciated how peaceful it was!

We have had a delightful time here in this spectacular villa. What an incredibly beautiful setting. The villa is perfectly appointed, spacious and comfortable. We so enjoyed the dinners prepared for u s by Chef Ronald (3 times!!) and Chef Josephine (2 times.) We will not get this type of service at home. Josephine has been tremendously kind and ever so helpful. Thank you for sharing your magnificent home with us.
