The house is located in a prime location between the Alpilles and Aix en Provence, and is conveniently close to several must-visit attractions. These include:

• The beautiful village of Eygalières, located in the Alpilles, is also just a 15-minute drive away.
• The legendary Pont Royal Golf Club, which is just 10 minutes away and was awarded the title of the best golf course in France in 2021 by World Golf Awards.
• One of the most fascinating hikes in Luberon, Gorges de Regalon, is also only 10 minutes away.
• The spectacular cirque of Orgon, which offers stunning views from Notre-dame de Beau-regard, is just a 12-minute drive from the house.
• The Via Ferrata, a thrilling climbing route with steel cables, is located 18 minutes away.

In addition, the house is less than 40 minutes from Aix en Provence and the perched villages of the Luberon, making it an ideal base for exploring the region. Outdoor activities, such as boules, football, ping-pong, badminton, and a trampoline, are also available on the property, as well as a private pool terrace equipped with comfortable sun loungers, a shaded summer lounge, and a barbecue for enjoying a hot summer's day in Provence with loved ones.

Exterior

This stunning holiday rental is an ideal choice for families, as it provides ample opportunities for outdoor activities. Children can enjoy the sunshine and stay entertained with the trampoline, football field, ping-pong table, and badminton net. Meanwhile, adults can experience the local lifestyle by playing a game of boules before enjoying a delicious meal in one of the two shaded dining areas.

Pool

Enjoy a refreshing swim in this 9m x 4m heated pool, surrounded by a large terrace with sunloungers and parasols. Relax on the comfortable sofas in the nearby shaded terrace or cook a delicious meal for your loved ones on the charcoal barbecue.

Interior

On the ground floor of Le Mas des Figues, you will find a spacious living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and a refined dining room all of which benefit from large bay windows giving onto the garden. Also on this level, there is a Master bedroom with access to the pool and an independent bathroom. Upstairs, there are three more double bedrooms, two of which have ensuite bathrooms, and a large lounge.
For the 2024 season, a new annex has been added, giving guests more privacy, with a double bedroom and ensuite bathroom, accessible from the outside.

Bedroom 1/Master: with king-sized double bed, direct access to the pool and independent bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and separate WC.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 3: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.  
Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and independant WC. 
The first floor offers a shared living room, with an alcove that can sleep 2 children or 1 adult. 

New for 2024 - Annex: 
Bedroom 5: with king-sized double bed, or two single beds (90 x 200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and independant WC + mezzanine floor with two single beds (90x200)
