Exterior
The beautiful shaded terrace allows you to enjoy a delicious barbecue on the large outdoor table whilst gazing out onto the magnificent views of vineyards that can also be admired from the serene summer lounge. Embrace the local lifestyle with a game of pétanque on the boules court or make the most of the heated swimming pool, with its terrace and deckchairs, that guarantees refreshment and relaxation.

Enjoy the 10 x 5m heated swimming pool that is perfectly surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Here you can refresh and relax whilst admiring the scenery, swimming or relaxing on the deckchairs.
Interior
This inviting villa, with fibre optic WiFi throughout, has been decorated in a rustic-chic style with natural tones. It can accommodate up to 11 people in its five bedrooms: two ensuite double bedrooms, with access to the terrace, on the ground floor and the master suite and two children's bedrooms (one of which has two single beds or one queen-sized double bed and the other has either three single beds or one queen-sized bedroom and one single bed) are found on the first floor. The children's bedrooms share an independent bathroom with a large Italian shower.
The spacious living room (70m2) is very well designed and features a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with a large island, a dining table and a comfortable lounge in front of the fireplace. It faces south, opens onto the terrace areas and enjoys magnificent light.
