What we like
An 18th-century Provencal bastide, 350 m2 on 2 levels, comfortably accommodating 10 guests, with a landscaped garden on 1 hectare of land and a large heated infinity pool offering a breathtaking view of the Alpilles park. Optimal comfort to immerse yourself in the Provencal way of life.

Pool safety: the pool is equipped with an electric shutter, but care must be taken with young children.

Exterior
The outdoor area offers a beautiful and relaxing setting for guests. The pool house is fully equipped for outdoor dining and entertaining. It includes a large table for up to ten people, a mini-refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, as well as a gas and charcoal barbecue for varied cooking. In addition, an outdoor shower is available, as well as an outdoor bathroom equipped with a double sink and toilet. The terrace offers a comfortable lounge area, ideal for relaxing. It is furnished with a three-seater sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, creating a pleasant and elegant setting for enjoying the outdoors.
Pool
After a poolside siesta and a few laps in the pool, there's nothing better than a game of pétanque to embrace the local lifestyle. Pool heating is included from May to September.

Interior
The 159 m² first floor comprises an entrance hall, kitchen, dining room, living room and two double bedrooms. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. The living room and dining room offer a spacious and convivial space. A large dining table for twelve can accommodate several guests. The lounge area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a six-seater sofa and two armchairs, offering optimum comfort. A functional antique fireplace adds charm and warmth. For entertainment, a Smart TV is available with access to Netflix, Apple TV and other streaming services. A spiral staircase leads to the upstairs master suite.
Bedrooms
All rooms are equipped for maximum comfort. They feature air conditioning, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and top-of-the-range bedding.
First floor:
Bedroom 1: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.
Bedroom 2: with double bed (160 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom with shower and washbasin.
The two ground-floor bedrooms share a separate WC.
Second floor:
