What we like
An exceptional location: Situated on the Giens peninsula, just a few meters from the beach and the village, this villa enjoys a rare, unspoilt natural setting, where everything is within walking distance.
An architecture designed for well-being: its large windows allow you to live in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature, in a space bathed in light. Very pleasant to see the sea from the upstairs bedroom terraces.

Villa Corail features a puits canadien, an ecological air-conditioning system that naturally cools spaces through the ground.
Highlights
Pool safety: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but for young children, constant supervision is recommended.
This villa has no traditional air conditioning, but benefits from a high-performance geothermal system that guarantees pleasant cooling in summer.
Exterior
The villa blends perfectly into its surroundings, in the heart of a green setting dominated by umbrella pines. The vast wooden terrace, carefully laid out, offers several areas for relaxation: a shaded dining area, an outdoor lounge and a bowling green under the trees. The soothing atmosphere is ideal for sharing and contemplation.
Pool
The swimming pool (11x5m) is the centerpiece of the property, facing the pine trees and the villa, creating an idyllic setting. Its crystal-clear water reflects the sky and invites you to swim all day long. Thanks to its ideal layout, it becomes the center of moments of relaxation, between lounging on deckchairs and refreshing dips after a day at the beach.

Pool heating is available throughout the entire rental period, €400 /week.

From the moment you enter, the contemporary architecture and large bay windows reveal a space bathed in light, where the outdoors naturally invites you inside. The villa has been designed for fluid, harmonious living: a vast, warm living room, an elegant dining room and a fully-equipped open kitchen, ideal for convivial meals. The six bedrooms, including four suites, offer generous volumes and meticulous decoration, combining noble materials and natural colors.
