The owners stay in the same building, in a completely separate section, so none of the facilities are shared with guests. They are there to maintain the facilities and to be available when guests need help.
At the back of the villa is an outdoor kitchen and dining area under a large oak tree. The outdoor kitchen comes with a wood-fired oven, a barbecue and an outdoor fridge to keep your chilled bottles of rosé and beers close to hand. Embrace the local lifestyle with a game of boules or borrow the property's inflatable kayaks, paddle boards or brand new electric mountain bikes to visit the beautiful nearby river and mountain trails.
On the terrace, just next to the villa, you will find a heated 10 x 4m swimming pool and a bespoke concrete hot tub. Beyond the swimming pool and the terrace, you will have a view across the walnut orchard, pine tree forest and the surrounding mountains.

This unique and wonderfully artistic villa and studio can sleep a maximum of 12 guests. All the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a walk-in shower and WC. Two of the bedrooms also come with a cast iron bath tub. The property also features a workout/boot room, on the ground floor, which is the perfect place to store your skiing and snowboarding gear. The very well-equipped kitchen is bound to delight even the most discerning of cooks and the 17th-century cellar bar has everything you need to mix up some wonderful cocktails. If you don't fancy an alcoholic drink, this bar also offers a state-of-the-art ice cream maker! The home cinema, with 200cm x 110cm screen, is the perfect cosy retreat and the charming upstairs office provides a comfortable workspace.
The 32m2 studio is a fully renovated former chapel and benefits from high vaulted ceilings. With a double bedroom on the mezzanine floor, this studio benefits from a kitchenette, living room and ensuite bathroom. Its private outdoor space includes a courtyard with barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven.
This wonderfully stylish property sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 luxurious bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms.
