This renovated 450 m² farmhouse combines modern minimalism with warmth. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer vineyard views, and the ground floor features an open-plan kitchen, a spacious living area, a TV room, and a versatile bedroom/studio. Upstairs, there are five more bedrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. The farmhouse offers contemporary comfort within a serene vineyard backdrop.

On the ground floor: 
Bedroom 1: With queen-sized bed (160x200), air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC. This bedroom can operate as an independant studio as it has a private kitchen and direct access to the garden.

On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: With queen-sized bed (160x200) or two singles if preferred, air-conditioning.  
Bedroom 3: With queen-sized bed (160x200), air-conditioning. 
Bedroom 2 and 3 have a large shared bathroom, with bath, shower, double sink and WC. 

Bedroom 4: With queen-sized bed (160x200), air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
