Exterior

To the north of this charming 17-hectare estate, you will find a terrace, shaded by plane trees, that is ideal for a siesta. To the west, you can make the most of the sports ground equipped for table tennis, football, badminton, basketball and boules. To the south, the large paved terrace protected by a canopy offers a wide panorama and a completely unobstructed view of the swimming pool, the helipad and the Massif des Maures. This property is planted with 200 old olive, oak and fruit trees, which can only mean one thing... truffles!

Pool

This amazing 16m x 7m saltwater pool is heated by solar power to ensure it is always the perfect temperature. Secured by an infrared alarm, this swimming pool also comes with electronic bracelets for the younger ones, to ensure peace of mind for all. Surrounded by a large pool terrace equipped with sun loungers and parasols, this is the ideal spot to enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Interior

This wonderful bastide boasts a 70m² dining room and very large 65m² kitchen with everything you could possibly need on its garden level. On the ground floor, you can find a spacious 65m² double living room with fireplace, an office, a smaller 25m² kitchen that is authentically Provençal and three double bedrooms and their bathrooms. On the first floor, there are a further seven double bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms.

This authentic bastide sleeps up to 20 guests in 10 luxurious bedrooms all complete with ensuite bathrooms and air conditioning for your comfort. Each bedroom features a king-sized double bed which can be converted into two single beds upon request. Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer and a magnifying mirror.
