Style: recently renovated, the decor is stylish and calming with warm tones to ensure the property feels very comfortable and elegant.
Pool Safety: the swimming pool has an electric shutter, but is not fenced, so extra care is needed with young children.
Security: the Sénancole river passes near the multisport field; it is dry almost all the time but it can have some water when it rains. The land is also surrounded by electric fences due to wild boars.

The Master bedroom has its own private terrace and the fifth double bedrooms is located on the mezzanine above the living room.

The house is perfect and more. Very up to date and modern and deceivingly large. Pool and outdoor space was fantastic as well. Kitchen is fully stocked with state of the art appliances. Can’t wait to come back. Our manager Tanguy was wonderful and made arrival and departure experience painless and was available to answer any questions. Cleaning service came midway through week which was nice.
