Things to note

Swimming pool: secured by a roller shutter, but additional supervision is advised with young children.
The swimming pool can be heated upon request, in June and September, at no additional cost. It can also be heated in May and October for a fee of €325/week.

Exterior

Set within 4 hectares of natural woodland with beautiful gardens, a lavender field, lawns, a large heated swimming pool, tennis court, boules area, shaded and sunny terraces, a tree house and trampoline for children, this authentic farmhouse is perfect for entertaining large groups of friends or families. 

Pool

Relax in the 13m x 7m heated swimming pool! Its depth, ranging from 1.3m-1.9m, makes it perfect for every member of the family.

Interior

From the lovely courtyard you enter both the main house and the attached building.  To the left of the main entry hall are the large living room with open fireplace, wine cellar, study and library nook. To the right are the well-equipped kitchen with dining for 12 people and the TV and games room with private terrace. Also on the ground floor of the main house are the guest toilet and laundry room.

On the first floor there is the large master bedroom with lounge area and ensuite bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with 2 single beds and an independent bathroom.

In the attached building, there are 2 bedrooms and an independent bathroom on the ground floor. A double bedroom with open bathroom and separate toilet are on the first floor accessed via an exterior staircase leading up from the courtyard.

Bedrooms

This gorgeous property sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

On the first floor of the main building:
Bedroom 1/Master: with king-sized double bed, lounge area and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 2: with queen-sized double bed.
Bedroom 3: with 2 single beds.
This floor also has an independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC for bedrooms 2 and 3.

On the ground floor of the attached building:
Bedroom 4: with queen-sized double bed.
Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds.
There is an independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC on this floor for bedrooms 4 and 5.

On the first floor of the attached building:
Bedroom 6: with queen-sized double bed and ensuite bathroom with bath and sink. Bedroom 6 is accessed via an outdoor staircase leading up from the courtyard.
