Location: Ideally located between the villages of Gordes and Rousillon, discover the most beautiful Provencal villages in less than 10 minutes by car. Isolated in the heart of the Luberon countryside, Le Mas des Firmins offers a peaceful and relaxing setting.
Comfort: this property has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. With spacious ensuite bedrooms, air conditioning throughout the house, except in the children's bedroom on the groundfloor, and heated swimming pool, discover absolute Provençal luxury.
Views: from the immense garden, and from each floor of the bastide, you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views extending from the ochres of Roussillon to the village of Bonnieux and its church.

Exterior
Nestled within the countryside of Provence, the sprawling 10,000 m2 Mediterranean garden of the Mas des Firmins awaits. From this haven, panoramic views unfold like a canvas, showcasing the picturesque village of Roussillon. At the heart of this garden sanctuary you will find a boules court, inviting friendly games with your loved ones in the warm Mediterranean sun. The complete privacy allows for quiet contemplation as well as joyful gatherings without intrusion. Come together for al fresco dining with the spectacular landscape in the background, and sit out for many hours playing board-, card-, and partygames, or find a quiet spot for meditation and solitude, to practise feeling grounded and present in this paradise on Earth. Go for a gentle stroll, noticing the colours, scents, and sounds of Provencal nature all around you, before rejoining your loved ones strengthened, energized, and ready for the next day's adventures.
Pool
This 13 x 5 m pool overlooks the valley and is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, parasols, and a nearby pool house with a fridge and sink for afternoon drinks. The pool is heated from early May to September. Take a refreshing dip in the water before lying down poolside and bathing in the warm, Mediterranean sun, as you slowly drift off to dream of your adventures in Provence.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 15 October: €250 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
This property boasts an impressive living area of 350 m2. The Mas is conveniently configured in two wings, connected by an elegant glass entrance. The left wing is dedicated to the bedrooms, with three ensuite bedrooms on the ground floor, including the children's room with exciting tent-shaped beds. Three bedrooms on the first floor overlook the splendid garden and profit from panoramic landscape views. The right wing is dedicated to the living spaces, with an large living room and an open-plan kitchen with access to the outdoor shaded terraces. The simple style throughout the entire house is consistently elegant, with high, airy rooms with large windows and neutral colours. Individual statement pieces create a splash of colour and add interest here and there, completing the refined and modern interior.
Bedrooms
Le Mas des Firmins sleeps up to ten adults in five bedrooms all equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms for your comfort and peace of mind. Two children can sleep on the groundfloor, this bedroom has no air conditonning.
On the lower ground floor:
Bedroom 1/Children's room: with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and separate WC. No air condtionning
On the upper ground floor:
Bedroom 2/Master: with a kingsize bed (180 x 200 cm), a dressing room, a private terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a bath, shower, sink, and WC.
Bedroom 3: with a queensize bed (160 x 200 cm), a TV, a wardrobe, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 4/Master: with a kingsize bed (180 x 200 cm), a private lounge, a private terrace, a desk, a dressing room, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, sink, and a separate WC.
