Ideal comfort for 8 travelers: With its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and air conditioning throughout, the villa guarantees comfort, privacy and practicality for stays with family or friends.
An ideal location between nature, village and sea: 5 minutes by car from the village of Callas, 45 minutes from the beaches and around 1 hour from Lac de Sainte-Croix. The Provencal market in Callas every Saturday morning.
Location: Situated in the Haut-Var, the village of Callas has an authentic, typically Provencal atmosphere. Surrounded by hills, olive groves and Mediterranean forests, it offers an ideal setting for lovers of nature and tranquillity. The village offers a wide range of restaurants, cafés and small shops, as well as easy access to the hilltop villages of the Var, the region's winegrowing estates, the famous Gorges du Verdon and Lake Sainte-Croix. The Mediterranean coast and the beaches of Saint-Raphaël are less than an hour away for day trips.

The janitors live discreetly in a separate area below the property. They ensure that the property is well-maintained, while fully respecting the privacy and tranquility of guests.
Pool security: the pool is secured by a fence to limit access by young children. However, as it is not fully fenced, extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
A former tennis court is currently located on the property, overlooking the pool. This will be completely removed before the 2027 season.
Exterior
Perched on the heights of Callas, Villa Valery enjoys a tranquil natural setting with uninterrupted views of the village and surrounding hills. The outdoor spaces have been designed to take full advantage of the Provencal climate, with relaxing moments in the sun and convivial meals in the shade. A pleasant covered terrace features a dining area with barbecue, ideal for long summer evenings with family or friends.
The garden offers a number of shady spots for everyone to find their own quiet space throughout the day. A pétanque court completes the outdoor facilities and invites you to share typically Provencal moments in a peaceful, unspoilt setting.
Pool
The 9 x 4-meter swimming pool blends harmoniously into the natural landscape surrounding the property. A real space for relaxation, it allows you to take full advantage of the calm of the surroundings and the unobstructed view of the Provencal countryside.
Around the pool, the landscaped areas invite you to relax and enjoy swimming, naps in the shade and sunny days in the heart of nature. An ideal setting for enjoying the Provencal way of life in a peaceful, intimate atmosphere.

The decor blends elegant simplicity with a Mediterranean spirit, creating a welcoming, easy-to-live-with atmosphere.
The open-plan living areas invite conviviality, while the four bedrooms and their four bathrooms guarantee comfort and privacy for every traveler. A real asset for families or groups of friends wishing to enjoy a comfortable, independent stay.
