The pool is secured by an alarm, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
The old mill has been lovingly restored and includes a 90 m² reception area, available for hire on request, for private events in complete privacy.
Exterior
Set in 1,800 m² of landscaped grounds, the property unfolds in a natural setting bordered by the river. Two terraces invite you to enjoy meals al fresco, with views of the Château d'Entrecasteaux. An automatic gate and garage, plus an electric vehicle charging station, add to the practicality and comfort of the property.
Pool
The heated pool, equipped with a professional four-speed counter-current swimming system, offers a unique experience, whether for a sports workout or a moment of relaxation. Surrounded by comfortable mattresses, umbrellas and a relaxation area, it forms the heart of the house's summer life.

Le Moulin combines the historic charm of an old 19th-century mill with the comfort of a brand-new 220 m² bastide. The four elegant suites, all with en-suite shower rooms, offer a refined, intimate atmosphere. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto a convivial dining area, while the living room with fireplace and large-screen TV invites you to relax. Each room is discreetly air-conditioned for optimum comfort in all seasons.
