An ideal location in the heart of green Provence: Located in Taradeau, the property is within easy reach of Provencal villages, wine estates, the Gorges du Verdon, Mediterranean beaches and several major cities in the south of France.
Location: offers a typically Provencal atmosphere between vineyards, olive groves and green hills. This location makes it easy to discover the most beautiful landscapes of Provence verte while enjoying a calm, authentic environment. Nearby, the lively village of Lorgues beckons with its restaurants, terraces and famous Provencal Tuesday market.

The property is set in a small, peaceful hamlet. 7 of the 8 bedrooms are air-conditioned, but the communal areas are not.
Pool security: the pool is secured by a manual shutter, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
Exterior
Around the Bastide, several terraces have been laid out to take full advantage of the natural setting and Provencal climate. The covered terrace, accessible directly from the kitchen, features a large dining table under a traditional tiled roof, ideal for outdoor meals at any time of day. A gas barbecue completes this convivial space, ideal for family and friends.
The garden, surrounded by tall trees and Mediterranean vegetation, offers a calm, unspoilt atmosphere. Various lounge areas invite you to relax in the sun or in the shade, while the fenced-in, secure grounds guarantee privacy and serenity throughout your stay. From the property, views open out over the green hills of the Var and the typical landscapes of Provence.
Pool
Set below the main terrace, the private pool blends harmoniously into the property's verdant landscape. Measuring 12 x 6 metres, it's just as suitable for relaxation as it is for a more sporty swim.
Sheltered by two mulberry trees, you can enjoy natural shade without the need for an umbrella.
Numerous sun loungers surround the pool, creating a genuine outdoor living space dedicated to relaxation and long, sunny days. Thanks to its excellent exposure, this space enjoys sunshine all day long, while retaining the peaceful, intimate atmosphere that characterizes the property.
Pool heating availability and pricing
- 1 April to 30 June: €150 /week
- 30 June to 1 September: free of charge
- 1 September to 1 November: €150 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
With 370 m² of living space, La Bastide offers generous volumes divided between the main house and an adjoining sheepfold. The whole has been decorated in a chic country style, combining authentic materials, elegant furnishings and comfort. Despite its size, the property retains a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The heart of the house is organized around a vast central space featuring a library and TV lounge. The main living room, bathed in light thanks to large windows and high ceilings, offers a comfortable setting with unobstructed views of the Provencal hills. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large, convivial dining table and opens directly onto the outdoor terrace, making it easy to extend meals outside.
