What we like
Location: with its private and tranquil gardens, it is easy to forget that Mas Tranquil is an easy walk to the village of Eygalières.

Things to note
Pool security: the pool has an electric shutter, but parental supervision is still needed for young children.
Exterior
There are several shaded areas on the grounds as well as a boules court, ping pong table and large gas barbecue.
Pool
The 13 x 6 m swimming pool has been completely renovated and is now surrounded by natural stone paving. A new set of garden furniture with pergola creates a very pleasant, shady spot near the pool for reading, napping or enjoying an aperitif, for example.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 30 September: €250 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
This tastefully restored Provençal mas is set on one hectare of beautiful gardens with a large pool, tennis court, boules court and views of the Alpilles hills. It is just a 5-minute walk to the village of Eygalières which has a variety of restaurants, cafes, shops and the lively Friday morning market.
The main house boasts a welcoming entry hall, both formal and casual living rooms, spacious fully-equipped kitchen and dining area leading to a covered terrace with outdoor dining for 10 people, a study area, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms.

This luxury holiday rental sleeps 10 people in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main house is fully air-conditioned.
On the ground floor:
Bedroom 1: with king-sized double bed which can be converted into 2 single beds upon request, air conditioning and private bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
On the first floor:
Bedroom 2: with king-sized double bed which can be converted into 2 single beds upon request, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 3: with queen-sized double bed and air conditioning.
Bedroom 4: with king-sized double bed which can be converted into 2 single beds upon request and air conditioning.
There is an independent family bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC for bedrooms 3 and 4.
In the annexe:
Bedroom 5: with queen-sized double bed, TV and private bathroom with bath, shower, sink and WC. The annexe also offers a private terrace and kitchenette.

The check-in and check-out times for this property are set at 4 PM and 10 AM, respectively. Please be aware of the following fees for non-standard times:
- Check-ins after 7 PM incur a fee of 30 euros.
- Check-ins after 8 PM incur a fee of 60 euros.
- Check-ins after 10 PM incur a fee of 90 euros.
Additionally, any check-ins or check-outs on a Sunday will be charged a fee of 50 euros.
