Within the 60-hectare grounds, there are three terraces with lounge areas for meals with family or friends (three tables for 24 people on the large south terrace).

Heated to 26°C, this 13m x 5m swimming pool is one of the property's many attractions and a favourite for those who love to swim.

Interior

With 600m² of living space, this dream villa offers the most refined decor, inside and out. For meals with family, groups of friends or colleagues, it offers a dining room with a large 20-person oak table, a home cinema and a large cathedral lounge. For the athletes, there is an 80m² orangery with table tennis, table football, exercise bike, yoga mats and sports equipment.

On the ground floor of the main house:

On the first floor of the main house:
Bedroom 2: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, office and sea views.
Bedroom 3: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, and garden views.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share an independent bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Bedroom 4: with queen-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, office, sea views and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
Suite 5: with king-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, living room, sea views and ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.
Suite 6: with king-sized double bed, or two single beds if preferred, office, sea views and ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.
Bedroom 7: with queen-sized double bed and garden views.

In the main house, it is possible to add two extra beds (one in the ground floor bedroom and one in the first floor study) and to use four mattresses in the mezzanine room, for a total of 30 beds.
It is possible to rent other neighbouring houses (five to seven bedrooms), located 13 minutes away on foot.
