Pool heating included : This property benefits from a stunning heated pool surrounded by luxurious sun loungers. The Pool Heating fee is included in the price except for off-season bookings. Please ask a member of the booking's team for more information. Additional guests : The house can normally welcome up to 19 persons. Please refer to the bookings team to know the additional fee. Pool Safety: the pool is secured by an electric cover, but extra care should be taken with younger children. Water Features: there is a small stream running through the property, so children should be supervised by an adult at all times. Security: the property benefits from 24-hour security, two security gates and a guard dog.
Exterior
The 170,000m2 landscaped gardens are simply divine! Upon entering the estate, guests discover the property's majestic plane tree-lined driveway, forest of ancient sequoia pines and picnic areas. With two fully equipped barbecue areas, spacious terraces with outdoor dining and a summer bar, there are plenty of spots to enjoy delicious meals with your loved ones. Those seeking a blissful holiday can make the most of the sauna with its natural spring-fed cool dipping tub, whilst the athletes play a game of tennis, table tennis or boules. Get to know the local area by cycling around on one of the property's six bicycles (four adult and two childrens' bicycles are available).
Pool
The gorgeous 16m x 7m heated swimming pool is the perfect place to relax during a hot Provençal summer's day. Nearby, you can take refuge in the luxury pool house complete with fully equipped outdoor kitchen (wood barbecue, induction hob, dishwasher, sink and fridge).
Interior
This absolutely stunning 1,200m2 property is a true haven of peace and bliss. On the ground floor, there is a wide living room with fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. The living room opens onto the courtyard garden, with its fountain, well-equipped gym and separate Moroccan bar. From the living room you enter into a large dining room, which opens onto the main terrace, pool and gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a central preparation island, dishwasher, American fridge, double stove, one induction and one gas ring burner, Nespresso machine, Fresh espresso maker, Technivorm Moccamaster coffee brewer, electric oven, and microwave. In addition, there is also a 'Patisserie' dining room and kitchen with its own stove, oven, sink and dishwasher. Leading off the kitchen there is a pantry, with a 'cave à vin', storage for extra kitchen equipment as well as a cold room. From the pantry this leads to the laundry room, with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. A fully equipped office with printer, scanner and a safe is available for guests' client use.

The ''Domaine de Provence'' can accommodate up to 18 people in 9 rooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with a private bathroom. 2 additional travel cots can be added to a room, on request. The games room has 2 further single beds, and can therefore be used as a bedroom for an employee or au pair.

Extraordinary Villa
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with 15 family members joining us. The ages ranged from 73 to 2. The house was extraordinary! Spacious, beautiful and private with a wonderful staff, a terrific pool and a tennis court. The gardens are beautiful. The villa is close to Avignon, St. Remy, and is easily accessible rom Paris, Marseilles or Nice.
