Designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate, the villa opens onto vast terraces arranged around the swimming pool. A shaded outdoor dining area is the perfect place to share convivial moments, extended by garden furniture and deckchairs facing the vegetation. The carefully landscaped grounds also include a petanque court and several relaxation areas. The setting is calm and green, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. Private parking for up to five vehicles and an electric charging station complete the facilities.

A true focal point of the property, the heated outdoor pool blends harmoniously with the main terrace. Bordered by wide, landscaped beaches, it invites you to relax all day long. Its positioning allows natural circulation between indoor and outdoor spaces, creating a fluid and convivial living space. The deckchairs and shaded areas around the pool allow you to take full advantage of the setting, between swimming and moments of relaxation.
