Please note
Access to the villa is via a small asphalt road, followed by around 500 meters of dirt track. Arrival at the property then involves a fairly steep climb.
Pool security: the pool is secured by an alarm, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times .
About La Ciotat

Set in a hectare of natural grounds, Villa Summer enjoys a calm, unspoilt environment with uninterrupted sea views. The outdoor spaces have been designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean setting, with comfortable garden furniture, shaded areas and a pétanque court for convivial moments. The result is a balance between privacy and the art of outdoor living.

The swimming pool blends naturally into the surroundings of the property and is a real focal point for relaxation. Ideal for cooling off on sunny days, it is accompanied by areas where you can relax in peace and quiet, overlooking the surrounding countryside.
Interior
This contemporary 250 m² villa offers generous volumes and a fluid organization. The main level houses a suite, while three other suites are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has its own dressing room and private bathroom, ensuring comfort and independence for each occupant. The modern, functional, fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living areas to facilitate sharing moments.
