What we like
Location and view: Located at the entrance to Sainte-Maxime, at the crossroads leading to Saint-Tropez, this villa benefits from a strategic location, within easy reach of all amenities. Its unobstructed view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez brings light and serenity to every moment.
Layout and space: With five bedrooms, including several suites with private shower rooms, and a dormitory ideal for children or teenagers, each guest has his or her own space, combining comfort and privacy.
Wellness and relaxation: The villa offers a hammam and massage table, in a quiet, unoverlooked area, perfect for recharging your batteries.
Heated pool and grounds: The central pool, landscaped garden and fully-equipped terrace offer the ideal setting for relaxing or sharing time with family and friends.
Location: Located in Sainte-Maxime, Villa Stonebay is within easy reach of beaches, restaurants, water sports and the port. Shuttle buses to Saint-Tropez make it easy to get around the Gulf. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, with essential services close at hand.
Please note
Pool security: the pool is secured with an electric roller shutter. However, extra vigilance is advised in the presence of young children.
Exterior
The grounds include a landscaped terrace, a garden and several areas for dining and relaxing. The terrace is oriented to take advantage of sea and hill views, with direct access from the living room. The garden can be used by the whole group for a variety of outdoor activities. A garage and parking spaces are available on the property.
Pool
The 11 × 4 m infinity pool is one of the highlights of Villa Stonebay. Heated and treated with salt, it offers optimal bathing comfort all season long. Facing the sea, it creates a continuous skyline between the water of the pool and the bay of Sainte-Maxime. The space around the pool is designed to take full advantage of the view, with plenty of room for deckchairs and relaxation areas. This ensemble forms a central place to meet up, cool off or simply enjoy the scenery.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 April to 30 June: €400 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
The interior of the Villa offers generous volumes and top-of-the-range comfort, with large spaces opening onto the pool and terrace. The living areas are bathed in light thanks to large bay windows, reinforcing the house's sleek, elegant character. The first floor features two double bedrooms, including a master suite, while the lower level houses two further bedrooms and a dormitory. Each space has been designed for ease of use and comfort, while maintaining a modern, soothing atmosphere. A fully-equipped kitchen, full air-conditioning and storage space in every room make the villa easy to use on a daily basis.
