Exterior
Overlooking the coast, the property extends over 2,200 m² of terraced land. The different levels offer a variety of furnished spaces, including terraces, an outdoor living room, a summer kitchen and leisure facilities. The petanque court, ping-pong table and shady nooks and crannies invite you to enjoy long summer days in complete tranquillity.
Pool
The infinity pool, heated from April to October, takes center stage on the main terrace. It seems to be suspended above the sea, offering a spectacular panorama every time you take a dip. It can be fully secured, making it ideal for families who want to combine comfort, safety and an exceptional view.

Interior
From the moment you enter, the villa unfolds its light-filled, sea-facing volumes. The vast air-conditioned living room opens onto a south-facing terrace through large bay windows, offering an open perspective on the Mediterranean. The fully-equipped kitchen, with central island and dining area, meets the expectations of convivial living.
Upstairs, two master suites offer unobstructed views and direct access to the outdoors. On the ground floor, three additional bedrooms, a children's dormitory and a second fully-equipped living room complete this ideal layout for families or groups.
