Location – Grimaud & Sainte-Maxime: Ideally located between Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime, Villa Noria offers easy access to the beaches, marina, restaurants, and Provençal markets of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The coastal bike path and ferry services to Saint-Tropez make it easy to get around while enjoying a quiet and secure setting.

Exterior
Villa Noria enjoys an exceptional location overlooking the sea, in a private and secure estate between Grimaud and Sainte-Maxime. Its enclosed, meticulously maintained garden opens onto a spacious terrace furnished with outdoor seating, a dining area under a pergola, and an electric griddle. The beach is just 50 meters away, and the coastal bike path provides easy access to Sainte-Maxime. A secure private parking area accommodates up to four vehicles.
Pool
Overlooking the sea, the 8-by-4-meter pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor areas. Secured by a roll-up cover and heatable upon request, it is surrounded by lounge chairs and shaded areas, allowing you to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate throughout the day.
Pool heating availability and pricing
- 1 January to 1 July: €300 /week
- 1 July to 1 September: free of charge
- 1 September to 31 December: €300 /week
Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Fully renovated and air-conditioned, this 180 m² single-story villa accommodates up to ten people in a bright and comfortable setting. All five bedrooms feature a queen-size bed, a smart TV, and storage space, including a master suite with a full bathroom and a bedroom with a private shower room. The living areas open wide onto the garden, the pool, and the ocean. The fully equipped open kitchen completes this inviting space, designed for stays with family or friends.
