Exterior
Set in 4,500 m² of landscaped grounds, Villa Neva opens onto vast outdoor spaces designed to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. Several wooden terraces follow one another around the house, offering different living spaces: shaded lounges, dining areas and relaxation zones. The garden, typically Mediterranean, alternates local vegetation, open spaces and more intimate areas. A boulodrome completes the ensemble, for convivial moments at the end of the day. Access to the sea, port and restaurants is on foot, a real asset on the Presqu'île de Giens.
Pool
The 15 x 5-meter heated swimming pool is the focal point of the property. Bordered by a large wooden terrace with deckchairs and lounge areas, it invites you to relax all day long. Its integration into the garden and proximity to the outdoor living areas make it a natural gathering place for swimming, relaxing and socializing.

Interior
With a surface area of 265 m², the villa offers generous volumes and a fluid flow between spaces. The five-bedroom house can accommodate up to 10 guests. A separate bedroom offers additional privacy, ideal for guests or staff. The entire property is fully air-conditioned, and offers a uniformly high standard of service.
