What we like
An exceptional natural setting: an unspoilt, verdant environment offering peace and serenity just ten minutes from Seillans. Classed as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, Seillans is a true Provencal gem, perched on the heights of the canton of Fayence. For thrill-seekers, the Lac de Saint-Cassien offers water sports activities, while the beaches of the Côte d'Azur can be reached in forty-five minutes.
A refined, functional interior: High-quality materials, elegant decor and state-of-the-art equipment for absolute comfort.
Note: This is a high-tech home equipped with a home automation system that allows you to control virtually every element of the house (lighting, shutters, TV and music, temperature), either via the control panels integrated into the house, or via an application accessible from the iPad made available to guests.
Outdoor spaces designed for pleasure: Three terraces, a fully-equipped summer kitchen, a pétanque court and multiple relaxation areas.
A 14-metre heated swimming pool: A salt water pool perfectly integrated into the landscape, ideal for cooling off and relaxing.
Worth noting
Pool security: the pool is secured by an electric shutter, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
The villa is equipped with an underfloor air-conditioning system, guaranteeing optimum comfort in all seasons, without the nuisance of traditional systems.

There's no shortage of leisure facilities: a shaded petanque court for friendly games, a ping-pong table, and several comfortable outdoor lounges for enjoying a drink while admiring the landscape.

With its 14-metre length, the salt-heated swimming pool is a real asset on sunny days. Its crystal-clear water reflects the blue of the sky, and its position in the middle of nature guarantees peaceful bathing. Whether you're looking for a sporty swim, a refreshing dip or a moment of relaxation on the shaded deckchairs, this pool quickly becomes the heart of the villa, where you can enjoy the sun and silence, far from the hustle and bustle of the coastline.

The four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, offer intimate, soothing spaces. The master suite is located on the first floor, while the first floor features a luminous mezzanine leading to the other three bedrooms. Finally, for moments of absolute relaxation, the basement cinema room promises real private sessions, while the wine cellar and tasting area will seduce wine lovers.
