Exterior
Outside, the terraced gardens extend over a hectare and offer an immersion in a rich and well-tended Mediterranean plant world. Here, you'll find a variety of atmospheres, from relaxing in the shade of the trees, to terraces bathed in light. The surrounding calm, the absence of overlooking views and the richness of the vegetation create a rare feeling of disconnection and harmony with nature.
Pool
The large swimming pool faces the surrounding vegetation, providing a soothing setting for leisurely swims. Its natural integration into the garden makes it a true living space, both contemplative and functional, ideal for families and friends alike.
Interior
Spread over three levels and 230 m², Villa Kimbry offers generous volumes designed for conviviality and comfort. The large living room and adjoining dining room open onto the outdoors. The fully-equipped main kitchen is an inviting place for shared meals. A second outdoor cooking area completes the ensemble. Five bedrooms, each inspired by a journey, tell a story. The attention to detail - noble materials, selected objects, hushed ambience - lends the whole an elegant and singular atmosphere.

This villa can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children or 9 adults in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.
