Six comfortable suites for group stays: Each of the six rooms has its own private bathroom and an individual Bose speaker for optimum comfort.
A privileged waterfront location: Situated close to the town center yet with direct access to the sea just a few steps away, the property makes it easy to enjoy shops, restaurants and water activities.
Please note:
Direct access to the sea near the villa: The property benefits from a shared access allowing direct access to the water. This is not a sandy beach, but a privileged access to the sea, ideal for swimming and water sports.
Pool security : the pool is secured by an alarm, but for young children, supervision is recommended at all times.
Exterior
Villa Florensia enjoys a prime location right on the sea, offering exceptional views of the Mediterranean and spectacular sunsets every evening. The outdoor spaces have been designed to take full advantage of this unique setting, featuring a large furnished terrace.
Guests can enjoy a petanque court for friendly games, as well as kayaks and paddleboards available for exploring the coastline.
Pool
The 10 x 5-meter heated pool is one of the villa’s main outdoor living spaces. Featuring an infinity edge and finished in an elegant blue tile, it blends seamlessly with the expansive wooden deck that surrounds it. Its prime location offers unobstructed views of the Mediterranean throughout the day. Several lounge chairs, umbrellas, and a furnished gazebo provide various spots to relax by the water in a comfortable and well-maintained setting.

Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Villa Florensia captivates with its spacious layout and abundant natural light. The living areas, centered around a fully equipped open kitchen and a large, inviting dining room, feature expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that create a seamless transition to the outdoor terraces. The contemporary decor combines clean lines, natural materials, and carefully selected furniture to create an atmosphere that is both elegant and relaxed. The villa also features a private gym and wellness areas, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay without leaving the property.
