Outdoor spaces designed to make the most of your stay: A 1,500 m² landscaped garden, a large terrace with a dining area for 20 people, an outdoor lounge, a bar, a barbecue-plancha, and a heated pool with a counter-current swim system and hydrotherapy jets.
A rare location in Cannes: Set within a gated and secure residential community, the villa is just 400 meters from a sandy beach, accessible on foot via flat terrain. Downtown Cannes is about a 25-minute walk away.
Location: Cannes is renowned for its sandy beaches, the Croisette, the historic Suquet district, and its famous Palais des Festivals. Restaurants, shops, markets, and water sports round out the offerings of this iconic destination on the French Riviera.

Pool Safety: The pool is secured by an alarm. However, supervision of young children is still essential.
A separate apartment for staff: Accessible from the garden, this space includes a bedroom, a living room with a sleeper sofa, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It is available upon prior request and subject to the owners’ approval.
Peaceful Stays: Parties, events, and noisy gatherings are not permitted on the property.

Villa Elite features a 1,400 m² landscaped garden offering beautiful spaces for relaxation in a quiet and secure setting. Several terraces allow you to enjoy the sun or shade throughout the day. The kitchen opens directly onto a terrace equipped with a barbecue and a large table that seats up to 20 guests, making it ideal for outdoor dining. The property also features private parking for three to four vehicles.
Pool
The heated pool is one of the property’s main attractions. Equipped with a counter-current swimming system and hydrotherapy jets, it’s perfect for both relaxation and exercise. Surrounded by terraces and a landscaped garden, it offers a pleasant setting to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

Pool heating is available throughout the entire rental period, €300 /week.
Interior
Completely renovated, Villa Elite offers 340 m² of bright living spaces where fine materials and contemporary design blend elegantly. The spacious living room, bathed in light thanks to its high ceilings, opens onto the terraces and the garden. The dining room comfortably seats ten people around a custom-made marble table, while the open kitchen, designed by French artisans, is fully equipped to entertain in style.
