Beach Within Walking Distance: just a ten-minute walk from the beach, Villa Carqueiranne is ideal for those seeking to relax by the sea during their luxury holiday in the south of France.
Modern Style: built in 2020, this refined holiday rental feels light and spacious, offering a calm and blissful atmosphere to its guests.
Views: from the terrace and the heated infinity pool, you can admire unobstructed views of the bay of Almanarre, the Giens peninsula and the Iles d’Or (Golden Islands).
Location: situated in a small village between Toulon and Hyères, this beautiful holiday rental is just 1.5km from charming shops, restaurants and a market.
Things to note
Pool Safety: the swimming pool is secured by an alarm, but small children should be supervised when in its vicinity.
Mezzanine Bedroom: although this bedroom has less privacy than the others, its sea views are simply breathtaking.
Exterior
From all of Villa Carqueiranne's terraces, you cannot help but admire the outstanding panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea. Here, you can cook a delicious meal for your loved ones on the gas barbecue before enjoying a friendly game of boules in the evening. Lounge in the shade of olive trees with a cool glass of rosé or take a refreshing dip in the luxurious infinity pool which overlooks the magnificent landscape.

Enjoy a relaxing swim in this luxurious 9m x 5m heated infinity pool after a long day exploring the nearby beaches and the Carqueiranne port. Surrounded by a large south-facing terrace, this is the perfect place to recharge in the Mediterranean sunshine.
Pool heating availability and pricing
1 May to 31 October: €350 /week
Outside of these dates, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Built in 2020, this stunning 250m2 villa offers spacious, open interiors and air conditioning throughout. The fully-equipped kitchen and beautiful living room with a double height ceiling both feature large bay windows which lead to the south-facing terrace with outstanding sea views. Three double bedrooms and their ensuite bathrooms are located on the ground floor whilst the fourth bedroom can be found on the mezzanine and offers direct access to the terrace, a TV lounge and a private bathroom.
