What we like
Authenticity & design: Villa Camélia combines Provencal charm with contemporary architecture. Inside, luminous volumes are enhanced by high-quality materials and meticulous decoration. Folding bay windows blur the boundary between inside and outside, allowing you to take full advantage of the light and landscape.
Sea & vineyard views: From the living areas and several bedrooms, the view is remarkable: sea, Bandol AOP vineyards and a 15-meter mirror pool form a rare panorama. The house enjoys a privileged location, quiet and confidential, yet offering quick access to beaches and surrounding amenities, including the nearby Frégate golf course.
The art of outdoor living: The property has been designed to make the most of outdoor living, with a vast stone pool house, brazier, plancha, summer lounge, children's play area and petanque court. Every space has been designed to welcome simple, convivial moments with family or friends, in an elegant, perfectly maintained setting.
Location: Situated between the sea, hills and vineyards, Villa Camélia is close to the beaches of the Var, renowned wine estates and the emblematic villages of Bandol, Sanary, Le Castellet and La Cadière d'Azur.

Exterior
In the heart of a preserved 3,000 m² estate, the exterior is a true Provencal retreat. Soft lawns, century-old olive trees, vines as far as the eye can see: every nook and cranny invites you to relax. The stone pool house is the place to be at the end of the day, sharing a plancha, barbecue or brazier.
Pool
The 15 x 5 m mirror pool seems to blend into the landscape, as if suspended between vineyards and the Mediterranean. A veritable tableau vivant, it accompanies every moment of calm or sharing, from the first morning swim to the golden light of sunset.
Interior
Inside, the villa offers luminous volumes where each room enjoys a remarkable view of the mirror pool and the sea. Spaces are perfectly arranged, allowing everyone to move around and socialize seamlessly. Materials have been chosen with care, and the sober, refined decor creates a comfortable, contemporary atmosphere. The six bedrooms and living areas have been designed to offer an excellent level of comfort in a harmonious setting.
