Please note
- Pool heating is available at an additional daily cost from April 1 to June 15 and from September 15 to November 1, with a minimum stay required. Short stays can be accommodated on request.
- Bed linen and towels are provided as an optional extra and include beds made up on arrival, bath towels, bath mats and kitchen linen.
- A maximum of two pets are allowed, at an additional cost per pet per stay.
- A charging station for electric vehicles is available at an additional weekly charge per vehicle.
- The house is semi-detached with a small house.
Exterior
Situated within the private domain of La Californie, the villa is set in a quiet enclosed area shared with only one other property, ensuring discretion and calm. The elevated position offers wide views across the Bay of Toulon towards the Îles d’Or.
Generous terraces on both levels allow guests to fully appreciate the coastal setting throughout the day. The property is secured by an electric gate with remote control, and flexible arrivals are facilitated via digicode access.
Shops and a sandy beach are approximately five minutes away by car, while Toulon–Hyères Airport and Hyères TGV station are around ten minutes away. Toulon can be reached within twenty minutes. An electric vehicle charging point of seven kilowatts is available on site.
Pool
The outdoor swimming pool is heated during the season, allowing guests to enjoy swimming from early spring through to autumn.
Pool heating is available at an additional daily cost from the first of April to the fifteenth of June and from the fifteenth of September to the first of November, with a minimum stay requirement.
The pool area is designed as a natural extension of the terraces, offering a privileged vantage point over the coastline and the surrounding seascape.

Outside these periods, pool heating is not available unless agreed in advance with the owner.
Interior
Completed in two thousand and twenty-three by a renowned architect and officially classified as a five-star furnished holiday property, this contemporary villa offers refined comfort within a private setting.
The main living area on the ground floor is fully air-conditioned and framed by expansive floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea. The lounge opens directly onto a spacious terrace, creating a natural extension of the interior towards the horizon.
The open-plan kitchen, also air-conditioned and newly fitted, enjoys sea views and is fully equipped for extended stays. A separate WC, hallway and a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer complete this level.
