Situated on the heights of Grimaud, in the heart of a verdant residential environment, Villa Bella enjoys a rare location offering exceptional panoramic views of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and the pine-covered hills.
The property opens onto vast, landscaped terraces, perfectly oriented towards the landscape. Several outdoor areas let you enjoy the setting at any time of day: shaded lounges under a pergola, convivial dining areas, relaxation areas facing the sea. The dense, carefully tended Mediterranean vegetation guarantees calm and privacy.
The villa has easy access and parking spaces. An independent annex completes the property, ideal for guests or staff.
Pool
The heated infinity pool is the focal point of the exterior.
Facing the panorama, it offers a spectacular mirror effect with the sea as a backdrop. Its clean lines and dominant position allow you to take full advantage of the view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.
Deckchairs and lounge areas surround the pool, creating a privileged place to relax, between sky, sea and hills.

Pool heating is available throughout the entire rental period, €350 /week.
Interior
The living spaces are bright and open to the outdoors thanks to large floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the terrace and pool. The atmosphere is comfortable and warm, with generous spaces and a seamless flow between the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
The bedrooms offer a restful setting, decorated in light, natural tones. All bedrooms have direct access to the outdoors. The house also features a gym, a real asset for guests who wish to maintain their exercise routine.
