A renovated farmhouse designed with comfort in mind: Completely renovated, the property offers five bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and generous living spaces that open onto the outdoors, allowing up to 10 guests to be accommodated in an elegant and convivial environment.
On-sitefacilities and services : large 25 m swimming pool, paddling pool, tennis court, pétanque, table tennis, seasonal restaurant and children's entertainment with lifeguard.
A privileged location between the sea and the golf course: Located in the immediate vicinity of the Golf de Beauvallon and just 10 minutes from the Golf de Sainte-Maxime, the villa also provides access to the estate's private beach, equipped with two mattresses and a parasol, with a restaurant open from mid-May to mid-October.

Exterior
The villa is surrounded by a vast wooded garden offering a peaceful, verdant setting with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Several relaxation areas have been laid out around the house to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate, between terrace, patio and garden.
Guests also benefit from the facilities of the residential estate: clubhouse with large 25-meter swimming pool, children's paddling pool, tennis courts, pétanque court and ping-pong table. In July and August, a restaurant is open on site, and a lifeguard supervises swimming lessons and children's activities.
Pool
The property features an elegant L-shaped private infinity pool, perfectly integrated into the garden. It's the ideal place to cool off while enjoying the panoramic view over the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. The pool area is designed for relaxation, allowing you to enjoy special moments of swimming, sunshine and the Provencal way of life.

Interior
Completely renovated, this Provencal farmhouse is spread over two levels and offers bright, comfortable living spaces designed to accommodate up to 10 people. The main room features a spacious double reception room and a fully-equipped open kitchen, creating a convivial space ideal for gathering with family or friends. Large windows give direct access to the patio and terrace, naturally extending the living spaces outwards.
Each of the five bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room, offering comfort and privacy to all occupants.
